I have a card that should be at the person's address by now. But I can't reach them. And there is also no response to my message. Now I don't know what's is best. I have now the two options hide and recreate. But if I hide it it will be lost to my account and I am not reaching them, can you help?

The 'lost count' can indicate several issues, one of which, in your case, is an unresponsive member. After a week, you will see options to 'hide' and 'recreate'. This doesn't mean the swap stops; it's more like it's on pause. But don't worry, you've tried your best to make contact. I'm really sorry this is happening to you again. I also haven't been able to make contact. Sometimes these things happen, and it's certainly not because of you.
